About this ebook

An untold story

You don’t have to be a monk to enter the ultimate realm of happiness!
Yes, it’s true.

In his book Kundalini – An Untold Story, Himalayan ascetic Om Swami unveils the enigmatic story of kundalini, the formless aspect of the Goddess or your primordial energy.

With workable steps for awakening this energy source, the author explains the esoteric and practical meaning of kundalini and the seven chakras in his usual humorous style. These riveting anecdotes are based on his personal experience gained from years of intense meditation.

Take an awe-inspiring journey – something no other book on spirituality can offer – from the origins of kundalini all the way to Swami’s own sadhana in the modern age.

Om Swami is a mystic living in the Himalayan foothills. He has a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Sydney, Australia. Prior to his renunciation of this world, he founded and ran a multi-million dollar software company successfully. He is the bestselling author of A Fistful of Love.

This seems to be a perfect guide to work on Meditation without loosing focus. It paves a subtle, simple and plain path to achieve the ultimate in meditation or yoga. Oh this is a gift to every other normal person who might be baffled and literally confused by the term Kundalini. Its a monks ultimate treatise. I am actually loving to complete this.

While reading this book one feels to practice the Kundalini sadana , the way Om swamy narrates is very nice, feels like he is talking to you in your head. I really feel very encouraged and will start my Sadana on Kundalini

It's a good read. Different information about the kundalini. There is mention of meditations for each chakra but no reference how someone can learn or start that.

    I am a sceptic
Not easily accepting virtues said to exist in ancient customs and beliefs
As I grow older I realise there are many things beyond my understanding and have to accept that there are forces which can dominate our lives and emotions
I am writing this after enjoying the book , a book I readbeccause I could not go for work...corona phobia.
But have no regrets..have read a lot of useful stuff I would never have reached out other than my medical journals.I t was His play, I submit myself to His orders and practise Kundalini thinking of chakras
May be over few months I might find peace
    Thank you
