About this ebook

People who have migraine attacks are tired and live unpredictable lives a lot of the time. Because of this, it can be hard for migraine sufferers to even do normal daily chores such as shopping, cleaning the house or putting on a load of wash. These are all tasks that need to be planned ahead of time.
So, when migraine sufferers are asked whether or not they would like to be fit, they quiver. But why does this have to be the case? Have we negatively judged most of our life because of migraine attacks to the point where we think that we no longer have any hope of getting better?
We don’t have to acquiesce in our weaknesses. Instead, we should take back our lives and keep trying to be our best. We don’t have to think that our life is over if we experience migraine pain. However, we have to realize that our life will be different from now on. But this need not be a bad thing. It could actually be a very positive thing, as I will discuss in this e-book.

Changing our attitude in this way is no easy task. I will be the first to admit this. Sadly, it took me many years to get to the point where I didn’t want to be defined by my migraine pain and fatigue. I decided that I didn’t want to live this way.

And that was the first day of renewal and transformation for me. That was the first day when the sun shone brighter and the air was fresher. I finally decided that my life wasn’t over. I just had to start transforming myself to something different—a different reality.

It is my hope that you will also decide that you don’t have to be defined by your migraines. You could be a healthy and yes, fit, person, even if you experience a lot of pain and fatigue! All you need is a positive change of attitude. Only you can create
