Dr. Tina Parkman, PhD, LPC, CAADC
Dr. Tina Parkman is a Certified Addictions therapist/spiritual-life coach, Christian apologist, prevention/intervention expert, relationship expert, and CEO of Cope/Agape Connections Spiritual Intervention Prevention Program (S.I.P.P.). She serves at the Christian Clinical Psychology/Pastoral Theology Institute (ACTS) teaching Christ Centered Christian and Pastoral Counseling and was a Program Supervisor over the Spring Arbor University Flint Graduate Clinical Counseling MAC Program. She was also an Adjunct Faculty member at Spring Arbor University. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts at Wayne State University and continued doctoral at Wayne State University receiving a post Graduate certification in Clinical Supervision. She also received her certification as a certified recovery coach through CCAR Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery and Honorary Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology from A.C.I. and Ph.D. in Addictions from UIACCI. Dr. Tina is author of Show Me Some Love, and she was a radio personality for X-IT with Dr. Tina (with The Love Doctor on WDRJ/1440 AM, WLNO /1060 New Orleans). Dr. Tina was a guest Show host of Angelo B. Henderson Summer Love 2010) Your Voice/WCHB News Talk /1200AM Detroit. (She is hostess of a T.V. show entitled, "X-IT with Dr. Tina" WADL T.V. In addition, she travels Globally on her 1-On-1 X-IT Pain Station Tours, she lectures and does workshops on nationally on toxic relationships, domestic violence, substance abuse, sexual assault, addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and spiritual issues. Dr. Tina also provides online counseling and training courses through Agape Connections Inc. Through the use of technology, clients are walked through the healing process. The program is grounded in biblical principles and offers spiritual solutions. Powlison notes, “Be an evangelist for Jesus Christ.
