    INTRODUCTION

    WEIGHT LOSS SELF HYPNOSIS is an adaptation of training material used in a Weight Loss Hypnosis certification training program for students of the New England Institute of Hypnotherapy, so it's quality training material that has been time-tested. We have updated it to include exactly what you will need to use Self Hypnosis to gain control over your body size and weight.

    There are so many causes of overweight in our society today. Excess weight cannot be fairly described using the cookie cutter explanations we are constantly being given by experts and others. There are so many causes of overweight, including but not limited to lack of exercise, poor digestion, low thyroid function, emotional armoring, allergic reactions, and more. Most of these can be successfully addressed through the use of Self Hypnosis easily, effectively and pleasantly. It doesn't matter how many times you've tried before to lose weight. It only matters that you haven't given up. The timing or the previous method may not have been right for you before, but that was then and this is now. Every day you get to make a new decision about how to live your life, and the fact that you're reading this book tells me that you've made a new decision.

    Regarding your overcoming this particular issue, the worst case scenario is that depending on the amount of weight you want to lose, it may take you more than a few sessions to achieve your goals. For example, if you want to release 50 pounds, you will need to take a longer term view of this project than you would if you wanted to lose 20 pounds, naturally.
