About this ebook

As tax advisers and accountants, we come across many ineffective structures used by businesses big and small. The aim of this book is to help people understand why a business structure is so important, the reasons why we believe that it is essential to get it right up front or to at least have plan for a small business structure to turn into an effective medium sized business structure. Many people do not realise the importance of asset protection, succession planning and taxation in their choice of business structure.
