About this ebook

Too often young teenage girls look in the mirror and they don't like what they see. I recently held a workshop for girls entitled "A Beautiful You" to help build self-esteem, confidence and make girls see how beautiful they are.

This books outlines some of what we learned in the workshop, gives tips and techniques for hair, skin and make-up and answers some of those questions girls just don't want to ask outloud, but wonder about.

Also, I provide a step-by-step guide to have your own "A Beautiful You" workshop.

Let's start a movement and tell girls all over the world "You're A Beautiful You!"

I’d seen a segment on one of the morning shows about cyber bullying. I watched some of the girls they spoke to and I realized that there was something deeper going on. The bullying was bad enough, but the underlying theme was a lack of confidence, low self-esteem and poor self-image.
