Note: 8 complete patterns have been worked for the raglan shapings, making a total of 15 patterns in all from start of back; break wool.

    FRONTS

Left: Make 80 ch. Work exactly as given for back (you will have 12 grs. at end of 1st row) to start of raglan shaping.

With right side facing, start to shape raglan as given for back, by decreasing one 1/2 gr. as before at beginning of next row, then on every row at this edge until 5 1/2 grs. remain. (5 complete patterns and 2 rows of 6th have been done from start of raglan shaping.) NEXT ROW: In pattern, i.e. the 3rd pattern row.

With wrong side facing, continue raglan shaping as before and at the same time shape neck by omitting 11 grs. at beginning of next row, then omitting 1/2 gr. at this edge on following 2 complete patterns.

Note: Two 1/2 grs. remain and 8 complete patterns have been worked from start of raglan shaping. Fasten off.

Right: Work as for left, reversing neck and raglan shapings.

    SLEEVES

Make 120 ch. Work straight in pattern exactly as given for back (you will have 19 grs. at end of 1st row) until 7 complete patterns have been done from start.
