Today I have finished my 1000 plus poems. Some I will post for free, some I will hide in darkness and some I will sell as justification of my time spent and the love poems i will lock away just for me.Still, I have decided to stay with free verse riddled with humor. I know my peers frown upon my work which just drives me berserk. I do not judge others harshly even if I disagree with their work. So, with that in mind, I will just write them into one or more of my poems for others to laugh at as relive their pain and mine.So please continue with me on my lengthy journey because it is going to be a wild ride, I've only scratched the surface of two brain cells to date, 100,000 more to go!Feel free to be positive about my writings and if you feel the need to be negative do what I do when I take a poop, flush the unwanted crap down the drain.

From their lead I also respect but disregard my teaching and stray down my crooked path probably leading me to a small town called Mocksville.

But staying respectful to the great poets of the past like Poe, Dickinson, Whitman, Mark twain and all the others that reside on the other side of the dirt from me. Often read and left confused in literature class from Shakespeare’s greatest to the teachers preference I swore to never accept my ignorance and misunderstanding of the language. As life passes and different paths are taken we often come full circle. Today I write in hopes not to confuse but to entertain all within my reach and to provoke a smile from those that refuse to give one willingly. As you interpret my efforts don’t compare me to the greats of the past but keep an open mind that we all might
