    About the Author

    Dark Days

    Dark days dreadful indeed,

    Promiscuous peasants planting their seed,

Foreign to peace with galvanized hate,

He was a stereotypical bible thumper, and as one might expect, I grew to resent the religion. I always felt like religion was a one-way street. They expected me to pray to and serve some imaginary deity in the sky and all those who don’t would burn in hell. My interest in history led me to the realization that every religion was similar in that regard. And that, for me, was enough to dismiss them all.

    Thankfully they raised
