Michel Weatherall is a native of Ottawa, has lived in Europe and Germany and travelled extensively. With over 30 years in the print/publishing industry, self-publishing was a natural step to his company, Broken Keys Publishing. He has published 6 novels and 2 collections of poetry.     One chapter of the upcoming novelette Das Ghul..

    This short story is part of The Symbiot Series. Chronologically Coffee @ Pequods! occurs in 1999, in that ten year gap between The Hunt: Symbiosys and Necropolis. However, it is meant to be read after Necropolis, as is the entire, as of yet unreleased, Refuse Chronicles.

    This was unorthodox in the extreme. She wasn't comfortable with this. It was outside her comfort zone. Far outside her comfort-zone.

    Coffeeman convinced her that this was a good idea; that this was a secure idea. She even felt confident with the idea of leaving the UN headquarters and meeting three blocks away at Pequods when she got off the phone.

    But that was always the problem, wasn't it? Coffeeman was a charmer.
