      Day 1 Wednesday

      I have been advised by my nurse to start a diary.

      Apparently it will help me to give up smoking and to lower my stress levels.

      I have no idea what I'm doing!!

      Day 2 Thursday

      Got Confirmation of a new job

      Still not smoking (need)

      No idea what to write, how and why?

      Will check ideas on the internet

      Day 3 Friday

      To Max,

           I am filling in the days I missed. I will try my best to remember. I also added an info page at the start.

      Friday feeling was not on the cards, perks of working shifts. Late shift today and again tomorrow. Oh well, will soon be over (Yay).

      My trial days I had seemed promising, could be the job for me.

      Max,

           Last late Saturday hopefully forever!!! My supervisor finally accepts I am going and has turned sour. Can't remember exactly what happened or what was said, but I'm glad I am leaving. Screw that place.

      Nearly had a cigarette. Refused thank god.

           Oh Sunday how I love thee. Only guaranteed day off. Spent the day with AJ while Steph went to work. We will see more of each other when I'm out of that place.

      Today was relaxing and lovely. I do enjoy my time with the boy.
