21 Tried and Tested Tips To Look Younger This Week

Would you like to regain a glowing, youthful, smoother skin? Do you want to firm up sagging jowls, get rid of a double chin, and improve the appearance of wrinkles?

In this book, you will discover how to lose 5 to 10 years from your appearance in a few weeks by using only cheap and natural methods.

This is the second "How to Look Younger" guide by Deborah Groom, an ex-hospitality events co-ordinator, who found at the age of 35, due to her unhealthy lifestyle she was looking much older than her biological years.

Determined not to give in these unwanted signs of aging at such a young age, the author began an expensive journey of buying costly creams, face massage devices and complicated facial exercise programs in a bid to improve her looks. Due to a lack of free time, a limited budget, and a dislike of doing something everyday she did not enjoy, Deborah eventually dropped the expensive programs and serums to begin experimenting with natural easy-to-accomplish and low-cost methods, and found she quickly achieved astounding results.

In "21 Fabulously Effective Anti Aging & Skin Care Techniques" you will get 21 strategies to help you lose years from your face without spending a fortune. Results from some of these methods are instant. With others you will see improvement within a few days - tangible results that will steadily improve during the following weeks.

Here Is A Sample Of What You'll Discover:

• The absolute best and most effective way to get rid of a double chin and saggy jowls
• Find out which products you probably already have in your kitchen will do wonders when applied to your skin

How to Look Younger 21 Fabulously Effective Anti Aging Techniques - Deborah Groom

    Introduction

This book is the second in a series of guides that describe my experiences, experiments, and various methods that I have found to work effectively in my quest to look as young as possible for my biological age. I am almost 52 years old at the time of finishing this second report, which incidentally has taken more than two years to complete. This time frame is nothing to do with the length of the book of course as it is short; but rather to test methods for results. When I tell people my age, they usually look quite surprised and tell me they assumed I was somewhere in my late 30s or early 40s.

Needless to say, this pleases me immensely, as it will you when you achieve the same results. Do not disregard this thinking I probably have good genes, because there was a time I did not look young for my years at all! From the age of 16 to my mid-30s, I worked in the hospitality trade, a job that involved working irregular hours and mostly late nights, and more often than not I made poor diet choices. Also, I spent far too many hours in smoky atmospheres. Just to top this perfect recipe for a disastrous and aged appearance, I was also smoking and consuming quite large quantities of alcohol to boot.

By the time I was 35, I looked about 10 years older. Clever makeup techniques can help to soften the eye bags and reduce the appearance of lines, but let's face it, there is only so much makeup can do.

In my first book, How to Look Younger - Get Rid of Eye Wrinkles, Drooping Cheeks and Sagging Jowls Naturally: Six Easy Steps, I describe three very effective facial exercises that each only take around 40 seconds each to perform, making them easy to fit into even the busiest schedule. There is a reason I picked these exercises. I bought some pricey facial exercise programs in my quest to look younger, but I found after a week or two all my good intentions to follow the programs religiously would be forgotten. Because the directions typically involved performing around 18 exercises per day - with a time commitment of around 20 minutes to half an hour every day, the time investment was too much for me.

Most of these programs claimed the exercises could be done in less than 10 minutes a day, but I never found this to be the case. On top of this, I found doing facial exercises to be super boring, and I disliked doing them. However, when I did manage to fit facial exercises into my busy routine for a week or two, I did see improvements. So I was pretty sure that if I could stick with it, I would see good results; but the time and boredom involved meant me never ending up doing a routine on a regular basis to achieve the outcome I desired.

I eventually realised if facial exercises were to work for me I had to devise a set of exercises that I knew I could fit into even the busiest day, and that would also improve the main problem areas of my face in a very short period. So I experimented and came up with the three exercises, which combined with some common sense tips such as drinking plenty of water and cutting out foods that are damaging to the skin, I was able to reverse the issues that were making my face appear older than I was in a reasonably short time. One of these exercises is repeated here, but don't let that put you off if you have read the first book, because I have added two additional simple twists that make it even more effective, and you still have 20 more tips that will further reduce signs of aging.

    How to use this guide

Here you will find 21 tips within three categories (Facial Massage & Exercise, Topical Applications, and Additional Miscellaneous Tips) that will help you look younger. Some of the tips will reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, others will tighten sagging facial muscles, and the remaining tips will improve your complexion and blood circulation to give you a more youthful and healthy appearance.

It is not necessary that you incorporate all 21 tips into your life at once; on concluding each tip I have noted the cost, how easy it is to practice, and my comments on how useful it is. However be aware that everyone’s skin is different and perhaps although I or my sister and friends didn’t find a certain tip to be the best in the book, it doesn’t mean it won’t work wonders for your particular skin type. The fact all 21tips are included at all means I have used them with positive results.

I suggest at some point you try all the tips - sometimes you will see an immediate improvement, but other times you might need to have a little patience - in each description I have given a suggested time frame to work with each method.

Some of the tips require you make a purchase. I have only shared methods that
