      This is a concise little book with just enough information to get someone curious and started with natural herbal therapy. I would not suggest to fire your doctor yet as this book is not a very detailed presentation of herbal remedies and how they affect or work with the body. It has however, very well, summarized plants and illnesses to give an idea of what may work if one is feeling such symptoms. Thank you so much for taking the time to educate on this topic.
