I am De Angelo R. Moody “A problem solver and a transformer of people overcome by anger and despair”. I am currently preparing our first book series on equipping youth with the transferable disciplines of success and cognitive skills of life. The series encourages open forums and solution driven debate based on current events and the misadventures of real life individuals like the main little guy in our first book that learned as a child living in horrific circumstances how to make the impossible possible in , “Un-Broken, To Hell and Back”. Whether it’s the formal settings like universities or less formal settings like community learning centers, the needs are the same; improved fundamental and practical disciplines of understanding and implementation of knowledge. We’re not reinventing the wheel here. We just want to do our part in making it roll smoother and faster.Educators, curriculum designers, and organizations it is my hope that you will allow some time to share of your experiences, concerns, and solutions. You can either be quoted or anonymous.“Children that are looking forward to the future aren’t looking forward to jail.”

Millennials and Beyond
#Millennial Generation Bashing
#STEM Campaign/Propaganda & Agenda Exploitation. America’s Secret Weapon
#A Generation Set To Die In Debt
Generation bashing of Millennials seem to be contagious. I myself was guilty of this. I believed Millennials were a bunch of narcissistic, entitled individuals that lacked the disciplines, backbone, respect, and ingenuity necessary to be prosperous professionally and personally. Even if this held true...it’s pretty strong and a bit judgmental.
This meant I had to take a closer look at my own children. They too are Millennials. So I started with my daughter, she’s a Daddy’s girl. Then I wrapped up with my son. He’s a Momma’s boy at heart, but I think I managed to make a man of him. When he was a little half paint, that boy would lose his mind if his mother left the room. He had it bad. His sister wasn’t any better. It didn’t matter if I was heading out to work or just heading out, if that little munchkin couldn’t go. There would be H...E...double hockey sticks to pay.
They excelled through home schooling and traditional schooling. Be it a mirror or a large pain of glass, they can’t help but stop and check themselves out. If ever there were a brother and sister that thought they were God’s gifts to the world. It would be them two.
Honestly, I’d say their sense of entitlement goes beyond 100%. From the moment the girl could talk well, the first ‘No’ simply meant negotiations had begun. The checkout line at the grocery store has all kinds of sweets. Just as the store intended this little half pint would start grabbing for everything she could reach from the cart; while looking back at us, saying, Nooo... cunndy (con-dee).
Now how are you going to tell a little cutie like that no.
Somehow my little one had come across the concept of not taking ‘No’ for an answer and she wasted no time teaching it to her baby brother. Together, they have developed this to a level of mastery. Now that they are older, they have evolved that into the Discipline of Never Settling for less than you are worth in business and life. If you don’t have value and respect for yourself, I promise you, no one else will. Don’t think that you are special, know that you are!
I use to think these two were really lazy as they started getting older...they were! Let’s face it, you don’t work hard at anything you don’t find fun and interesting. However, once we helped them discover some of their passions and interest, they were off to the races. This has crossed over into what I call the development of their top 10’s list of priorities. Unlike us Xer’s and Boomer’s that have placed the companies priorities and our career goals before ourselves and our families. Like a broken clock being right twice a day. You can count on these two put ting themselves, their family, maybe a few select friends, and their lifestyle way before some company or job. I imagine there are times when working for some company or progressing in their careers doesn’t even make their top 10. I say, business as usual is over as we know it! The traditional ways of doing business are changing. The Millennials are breaking through!
My career and educational background is deeply rooted in electronics, energy, science, and math...so, when my son started to excel in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). I didn’t hesitate to whip out the old breadboard, multi-meter, and oscilloscope. In
