Byakko (白光) is a Japanese word meaning ‘white light.’ It is the clear and free-flowing light emitting from the deepest and highest condition of a human being. This publication is for people who wish to call forth this pure light in their daily lives, letting it create a bright future for humanity and the planet Earth.

    Daily Reflections

    by Masami Saionji

What you call your ‘self’ is the embodiment of your thoughts.

The real value of effort is found not in acquiring talents, qualifications, or a career, but in bringing us confidence, joy, and bright hopes for the future.

    dr_design

Our feelings are reflected in our breathing, and our breathing affects our feelings. Depending on how we are breathing, our feelings can become either furious or calm.

Knowledge spreads from person to person. Wisdom, however, is not transmitted, but wells up from within us.

    dr_design

People who are deeply appreciated by others are receiving the returns of the tireless work they have done for others, and the thankfulness they themselves have continually felt. That is how hard it is to be appreciated by others.

    dr_design

Divine life energy dwells within each person—no matter who it is—beyond the grasp of the human intellect.

We have no guarantee that tomorrow will come. All we can do is live the present moment with a feeling of gratitude.

As we continue to steadily pray for world peace, this truth comes to resonate through our whole being, and we even surpass the stage of having to think, I will do all I can to avoid speaking negative words. The idea of speaking negative words no longer exists in our mind at all, and the only words we speak are bright, positive ones.

Once we have reached this point, we are ready to take the next step. Before uttering any words, let’s take a deep breath and consciously think to ourselves, I am a divine life. My divine self is sending out these words. My divine self is speaking to the divine being in the other person.

We do this because our words and thoughts create our life. The words we have unconsciously spoken up to now have created the life we are experiencing at present. But from here on, I am asking all of you, before sending out your words, to consciously think to yourself, I myself am the one who is speaking these words. Up to now, we may have
