Weight loss - this is what happens when the activities you engage in burn more calories than what you consumed. Since there is a caloric deficit, you end up losing weight.
As you can see from above, in order for you to successfully lose weight, you need to reduce the amount of calories you consume and increase the amount of activities you engage in.
