About this ebook
The origin and history of knighthood is traced back to the European Dark Ages and the middle Ages. It is all about voluntary involvement and participation of lay members (i.e. un-ordained persons) which helped to enliven the faith and support the church spiritually, physically, structurally, financially, etc. it was a recruitment by the church of “worthy” men and women for her various supportive ministries.
Knight are CALLED to be solider of Christ. They are Christian soldiers personified, to whom the baton of the Christian relay race is handed over to: they are expected to run completely, effectively and efficiently, and even better than former Christian Faith athletes.
