Annelie Whitfield
Annelie Whitfield's passion for natural living started at a young age, growing up on a farm where she developed her interest in wild foods and, to the consternation of her mother, became the only vegetarian of five siblings. Her initial career was as a stuntwoman but a serious car crash made her re evaluate the course of her life. After a year of healing using only natural medicine, Annelie decided to immerse herself and learn more. She is now a qualified naturopath and herbalist and has spent the last ten years running clinics, treating patients and travelling the world in search of powerful natural remedies and recipes.
