The nutritional value of seafood is remarkable. Consider these attributes:
Low Calories. The caloric intake of a 3-ounce serving of broiled or grilled seafood averages 115 calories. Some varieties are below 100 calories per serving, such as lobster. The highest calorie count is found in salmon at 200 calories per 3-ounce serving.
Low Fat. When fat content of the most popular seafood selections are combined, the
