      Introduction

      In today's society, there are many, many products advertised with promises to make our lives better.  They promise to improve our health, our looks, our weight, and our stress level.  They make promises that we desperately want to believe because, at the end of the day, we want something to help improve our lives in these ways.  They are real issues that people could use actual solutions for.  The problem is, how do you know what's worth your time and what you should just let pass by?

      In answer to that, I want to ask you a question.  Have you heard of essential oils?  If you have, there is a good chance that you associate them with very specific things such as massage and aromatherapy.  These are both valid and beneficial ways to improve your quality of life, but they are by no means the only methods with which to utilize all of the amazing things that essential oils have to offer.

      Essential oils have been used for thousands of years.  They have been used for everything from cooking to beauty regiments to the improvement of health.  One of the fantastic things about using essential oils is that you can do it in your personal space with minimal experience.  There are many places where you can pick up a staggering number of different kinds of essential oils, and once you get them home, you have almost endless possibilities as to what you can do with them.
