There are a lot of popular diets being used today. Like some of you, I’ve tried quite a few of them. I would measure and count and eat foods I didn’t really like. I was always hungry. A few pounds would come off and then I would gain them back along with a few more. I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t losing weight. Then I discovered the Atkins low-carb diet. I learned why limited calorie diets didn’t work. I learned how reduced carbs forced my body to burn fat! I started losing weight and feeling less hungry!
