    A delicious delicacy, this Korean version of steak tartare has a strong garlic taste, and that is complemented with the sweetness of pears.

    Servings: 4

    Ingredients:

    1 cup beef, fresh flank steak

    2 cups of water

    1 tsp sugar

    Pine nuts

    1 lbs Soy sauce

    1 tbsp Honey

    2 tbsp Sesame oil

    Garlic 6 cloves, minced

    Sesame seed, roasted

    Korean pear

    Salt

    Pepper

    Instructions:

    Prepare the beef and cut it into 1/8 inch thin.

    In a bowl, mix in two cups of water and 1 tsp sugar.

    Cut the pear and make it like matchsticks and put in the bowl with sugar to keep it from turning in brown

    On a separate bowl, put together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, pepper and mix

    Combine the beef with the mixture and sesame seeds

    Place the pear on the serving plate and put over the seasoned beef

    Sprinkle the pine nuts

    Serve

    Name: Bulgogi-jungol

    A complete meal in one, this is a stew that has a combination of beef, veggies and herbs that can make any dinner reminiscent of Korean culture.

    Servings: 6

    Ingredients:

    3.5 cups of beef

    ¼ cup sugar

    ½ cup water

    ½ cup soy sauce

    12 cloves of Garlic, minced

    Pear, small

    Onion, crushed

    Sesame oil

    Sesame seeds

    1 can beef broth

    Mushrooms

    Carrots

    Tofu

    Salt

    1 tsp Pepper

    Instructions:
