    Chapter One: Bread

    In this chapter, you will learn recipes for:

    Cheese

    Paleo

    Almond

    Swedish

    Coconut

    Flaxseed

    Title: Cheese

    Servings: 4

    Ingredients:

    For bread

    3 eggs

    1 and 1/4 cup almond flour

    2 tsp baking powder

    1 tbsp coconut flour

    1 tsp yeast granule, live

    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

    1 tsp coconut sugar

    1/4 tsp garlic powder

    2 tbsp olive oil

    1/2 tsp xanthan

    1/4 tsp salt

    1/4 cup warm water

    For toppings

    1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

    1/4 tsp garlic powder

    2 tbsp butter

    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

    1/4 tsp salt

    Directions:

    Heat oven to 400 degrees

    Put in a bowl, baking powder, coconut flour, garlic powder, xanthan and salt, mix together until well combined, set aside

    Put in another bowl, sugar, and water, mix together until sugar is dissolved

    Add yeast, set aside

    Put in the baking powder mixture, olive oil and yeast mixture, mix together until well combined

    Beat eggs and add, mix again

    Add 1/2 cup cheese and mix until well combined into a batter

    Put batter into bread pan

    Bake for 15 minutes, set aside

    Put in a bowl, garlic powder, butter and salt, mix until well combined
