Practical And Fun Recipes To Teach The Little Ones How To Eat - Roberta Graziano

    Language

Frequently the little ones have trouble eating things that are not very pleasant, particularly fruit and vegetables.

When mothers come to my studio for advice, I tell them to prepare dishes in a more joyful and fun fashion, in order to stir from the monotony of everyday dishes and give way to fantasy.

Kids are little and it is normal for them to want to eat only what they like. It is the duty of adults to teach kids how to eat new things without having them refuse.

This is what I wrote this book for. To help mothers prepare dishes for their kids.

    Ingredients:

    1 dough roll for pizza

    100 g tomato sauce

80 g fresh provolone in two slices

    100 g broccoli tops

    2 tablespoons virgin olive oil

    salt to taste

    Instructions:

Wash broccoli tops and boil in abundant water for a while. Drain and mix all in blender. Lay out the pizza dough and cut a Christmas tree shape.

Prepare tomato sauce with a spoonful of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread sauce on Christmas tree. Dry the provolone slices with absorbing paper and cut into little disks. Put the little provolone disks on pizza. Put the blended broccoli tops in a pastry bag and spread the creamy mixture on pizza to resemble little garlands. Sprinkle a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil on pizza and cook in oven at 200° for about 30 min.
