    The LBD Concept applied to selling success begins with determining your concerns and how you feel about them. How important are the following concerns: time, prospects, sales, expenses, money? Once you determine your number one and two concerns, you’ll be able to use our selling tips to confront and deal with those concerns. They also act as memory joggers that are here to help you achieve success in those five critical areas of concern.
    Each success tip is followed by an exercise to learn and practice the tip. The basic concept is to provide you with practical and proven methods for your success and to also give you a way to make them a habit in your daily activities.
