Introduction & About Me
My name is Claude Acero and I would like to extend a warm greeting to you all. After spending over three years in Nicaragua, I am now sort of a modern drifter, peddling between Central America, Miami, and sometimes Spain.
This book is not written as a competition to all the travel and retirement books about Nicaragua that are currently on the market; rather, the content of this book is focused on relocation and key aspects of international living in Nicaragua. The idea of this information is to make a new untraditional
lifestyle in one of the most diverse countries in the Western hemisphere more self-supporting. I also hope that this guide will motivate readers to pursue their dreams and happiness abroad. I’d like to thank the readers for their time and interests, and wish future expatriates the best of luck in all their endeavors!
