      Introduction

      I love my kitchen gadgets. They absolutely complete my cooking world. I am a full time mum to three delightful kids (a teen, a toddler and a baby) and they demand a lot of my time.

      Then there is my husband Dominic to think about, my house to clean, a full time internet business to run, my dog to walk and of course my two cats that are natural attention seekers.

      But I also want to put freshly cooked meals on the table 2-3 times a week. You see we like to eat healthy so there is no sandwiches or cereal in our household so this means we cook a lot more from scratch ourselves.

      Well something has to give and that is why my kitchen gadgets are perfect for making my healthy family lifestyle easier.

      We have our slow cooker, our soup maker, our air fryer and let’s not forget about our wonderful spiralizer. They all play a big part in my life and all of these recipes featured in this ebook come from them.

      So if you want to introduce some more kitchen gadget recipes into your busy life then here they are.

      There are 50 of them and they have all been voted as our top 50 recipes. We even have homemade doughnuts and homemade burgers. In other words they are all recipes that your kids LOVE and that as parents you don’t admit to loving but you DO.

      Traditional Welsh Rarebit Air Fryer Style

      I have been eating cheese and toast since I was in the womb. It was my mums’ pregnancy addiction and she would eat cheese whenever she could and this addiction has clearly been passed on to me.

      I would go round for lunch at my aunts’ house and she would always be there with the cheese on toast. It was always so delicious. Then as I hit the teenage years I would have cheese on toast around at my friends’ house and he used to always say that he had never met someone so addicted to cheese on toast!

      Then came the cheese on toast at university. I should have avoided this because it was very high calorie and I was there eating it at least once a day. Maybe this is how people get fat when they go to university????

      But my all time favourite cheese on toast was at Betty’s tearooms in the north of England. This place is famous for its luxury Welsh Rarebit and homemade baking and because it was a luxury place, it would cost a small fortune to go. But I loved it as a one off treat!

      So a few years ago after moving to Portugal and missing my tea room visits I decided to make my own at home. This recipe is the one we created and the only difference between now and when we first did it in 2010 is that it has been adapted for the Air Fryer.

      Cook time: 15 mins

      Ingredients:

      3 Slices Bread

      2 Large Eggs (separated)

      1Tsp Mustard

      1Tsp Paprika

      120g Cheddar

      ––––––––

      Instructions:

      Very lightly heat up the bread in the Air Fryer so that it is almost like toast. The best way to do this is to give it 5 minutes on 180c.

      Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until they form soft peaks.

      Mix the egg yolks, cheese, paprika and mustard in a bowl.

      Then fold in the egg whites.

      Spoon it onto the partly toasted bread and cook in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes on 180c.

      Serve!

      Notes:

      For me I love to have my cheese on toast with some sliced tomato on top or some bacon. Add whatever toppings you like to make it your own.

      Freshly Baked Banana Bread In The Airfryer

      Welcome to our freshly baked banana bread in the Airfryer.

      Also this is the last of our airfryer puddings and baking that we have been featuring this month and we hope you have enjoyed us adding a little sugar to the world of Airfryer cooking.

      But this has only happened thanks to watching lots of people on Instagram showing that Airfryers are not just meant for chips and roast potatoes but amazing puddings are the future. Our highlights for the month have to be the Smarties Cookies & the Chocolate Chip Cookies. As I have a sweet tooth and these are certainly going to feature more often in our household.

      Plus I often find with the oven that we forget about our biscuits. The amount of times I have sat sulking with Dominic because he has left my biscuits in the oven for too long, so they have end
