    This is the author’s edited transcript from a previous Blogtalk Radio podcast episode Preparedness! The present ebooklet was first published on November 12, 2017. Nevertheless, readers can find it to be a very helpful source of information in terms of if whether they are sufficiently prepared strategically to take on the challenges with hiring home service contractors in the present today. What is starkly ironic is that the same entrapment homeowners, and those to whom they leased or rented private homes experienced in 2017, still exist.Respectively, even today many residents are ensnared by the same devices and are scammed by the same ethically depraved type contractors because they still do not know how to prepare against it. Alternately, some are not because, like some before them, they know how. This give rises to several questions: What do some private home heads know about being prepared which makes them practically immnune from home fraud? What information do others lack which make them so susceptible? In this ebooklet, a couple of our most celebrated people are briefly mentioned in relation to their preparedness to have achieved so much. How did they prepare? What did they do to be ready for the next level of success? Although these icons are not mentioned in connection to hiring home service contractors, they exude certain qualities in common: proactively analysing what they must do to become even more proficient. But it was not by pure intuition. Perhaps it was what sparked their quests for moving in whichever direction they sensed they needed to go, but for them, that was not enough. They had to come up with a working plan to get to point A. They saw where they were, knew where they wanted to go, then did research sufficiently adequate to get there. Most importantly, these same qualities are in you. Yet potentially, they get better as you get better at learning what you may need to learn in order to achieve what you may need to achieve in relation to your home projects.
