      Movie star meets Tennessee Mountain Ranger. Lust, love and romance follows.I enjoyed this romance between two very different people. It had that forbidden love vibe going with his jaded background and her star power. The love was slow to build and hard explosive lusty moments but it was missing something for me. I couldn't really connect with these two as a couple. The humor I usually love from this author fell flat with this couple too. His brothers brought a little fun with their quirks but it was too brief. I am moving forward to another bearded brother. I love this author's work, one book didn't work fantastically, it happens.

      Sienna Diaz has come to Green Valley to film her new movie. Lost in the hills, she meets Jethro Winston, a game warden and oldest of the Winston boys. He wrangles bears and she's won an Oscar, so can these two really make a match of it?I read one of Ms. Reid's books and now I'm on a binge. I admit that I mentally cringe at a lot of the blurbs for some reason; they're not romance books I'd normally read as they seem too cute or something. But I've learned that there's always a lot more to the stories than on the surface. Take Grin and Beard It, for example. It looks like one of those big Hollywood star falls in love with redneck tropes, but it so isn't that at all. For one thing, Sienna is not the typical actress. She's also a writer and a humorous, curvy Latina woman who breaks a lot of stereotypes. Jethro is also not what you think. He's a bad boy gone good, intelligent as well as good-looking. They make an excellent pair together.And we get a lot of Cletus who is currently my favorite of the Winston boys. He's a devil, but loves his family and will do anything for them. It's a really fun book with some twists I didn't expect. And OMG Cletus is the next book in the series!!!
