Hear Me. -God Hearing God's Voice
()
About this ebook
From the very first day God created the human race, God’s deepest desire was to communicate with His children. When Adam and Eve fell into disobedience and lost our chance to live in paradise and close commune with our Father, God never lost the desire to talk with us and to be close to us. I have found that this principal truth is being left out of our teachings. Matter of fact some pastors teach that we no longer have a need to hear the voice of the Lord, being that we have the Bible to guide us and teach us all we need to know about God and His ways and will for our lives. Nothing could be further from the truth; this kind of teaching is contrary to with what the Bible teaches us. God has always wanted to stay in close communication with His children, the Lord wants this kind of relationship with us and, it is a gift he has given to all of us. John 10:27-20 KJV My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. The Lord laid it on my heart to write this book "Hear me, -God" to help His people to understand how simple it is to hear the Lord. we all seek answers in our walk with Jesus, we want to know how to fix our problems, how to really know the will of the Lord, and many more things, we are not finding the answers in our churches or even with our brothers and sisters of the faith. Deep down inside we all know something is missing from our walk with the Lord. This book will help us all to understand what that something is. Get your free copy. He freely gave it to me; I freely pass it on to you. God Bless you All

I began writing in my late teenage years. I had no intention of writing books and publishing them. The Lord placed on my heart to begin writing my first book in 2013; it took me over a year to write it. Many people have told me that when they started reading my first book “Broken Door”, it was hard for them to put it aside. Then the Lord gave me the unction to write my second book, “Faith is What?” Not long after I finished ‘Broken Door.’ ‘The Big Lie about Tattoos” is my third book as of this year 2016.I have worked in the ministry since 1985; I started preaching in prisons, in retirement homes and as a guest speaker for many churches. In addition, I started preaching out in the streets, at bars, parks, restaurants; I would bring my guitar to the parks and restaurants and sing songs that the Lord had me write. I was age 54; when the Lord led me to start writing books, I’m now 64; I’ve had some people tell me I’m just a keyboard preacher, but, I believe in that old saying,” The pen is mightier than the sword.” Comments are welcome, rather they are positive or negative. Thank YouMichael Dunhill

INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this book is to help open the eyes of God’s people. We as believers need to understand how it is imported for us to hear God’s voice, it’s sad that this world and some churches, have been preaching for many years that people who say they hear God speak, are crazy ax swinging lunatics. My hope and prayer is that this book will help clear up the misunderstanding concerning this subject.
I want to dedicate this book to my daughter and son in law, as well as my grandchildren

CHAPTER ONE
THE DEBATE
This one thing that has always perplexed me, I mean, why debate such a clear thing as scripture? I think this derives from all the versions of the Bible; we have today. Did you know there are one hundred and fifty thousand variations of the Bible? Good Lord! I stay with the King James Version personally; I feel safer with it. As I was saying, with all the variations, I can see why there is such confusion.
One person says we must hear God, another one says, all we need is scripture and church. It’s hard to know who to believe; each person has a good point but, let’s face it; good points are not going to help us grow in our relationship with Jesus. I say the best route, is to stay with what we know will never let us down, Jesus. God made sure he left good support with us when he went back to sit on the right hand of His father.
That support is something we hear little about, a matter of fact; it’s something we only hear in the pastor's reading of scripture, there are very few studies offered about the subject.
I’m talking about the Holy Ghost; the KJV) refers to Him as the Holy Ghost, about the only time, we hear something about the Holy Ghost, is when we are studying or hearing preaching about the day of Pentecost.
The Holy Ghost has been in operation from the very beginning of time, in:
Genesis 1-2
1 in the beginning, God created the heaven and, the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
The Holy Ghost is the spirit of God, and the Holy Ghost would also fall upon man to teach them and guide them, as He did with Abraham. The Holy Ghost fell upon His prophets and teachers to deliver His word, and to give direction and correction to His people. The Bible says this in:
Hebrews 13:8
8 Jesus Christ, the same, yesterday; today and, for ever.
My point here is that the Lord works the same. I know you might be asking, Well, but that says, Jesus, not God
My answer is this; remember The Father Son and Holy Ghost, are one. So, if Jesus says, He is the same, forever then that would hold true for the Trinity, the three are one.
The reason I’m pointing this out is because it’s important for us to understand how God speaks to His people, Us;
we are His people. In the Old Testament, the Holy Ghost fell down upon people, but didn’t dwell in them. Priest of that time had to go to great lengths in order to talk to God, Look at,
Leviticus 21 (KJV)
and the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people: 2 But for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his father, and for his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother.3 And for his sister a virgin, that is nigh unto him, which hath had no husband; for her may he be defiled. 4 But he shall not defile himself, being a chief man among his people, to profane himself. 5 They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.
6 They shall be holy unto their God, and not profane the name of their God: for the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and the bread of their God, they do offer: therefore they shall be holy. 7 They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God. 8 Thou shalt sanctify him therefore; for he offereth the bread of thy God: he shall be holy unto thee: for I the LORD, which sanctify you, am holy. 9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire. 10 And he that is the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, nor rend his clothes;
11 Neither shall he go in to any dead body, nor defile himself for his father, or for his mother; 12 Neither shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the Lord. 13 And he shall take a wife in her virginity. 14 A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife. 15 Neither shall he profane his seed among his people: for I the Lord do sanctify him.
16 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 17 Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God. 18 For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous, 19 Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded, 20 Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;
21 No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the Lord made by fire: he
