Nanna's Nibbles - Sharon L. Neth
Introduction
Betty Neth‘s cooking is legendary throughout her immediate family as well as her larger family. Every ingredient that she mixed sautéed, baked or fried was done with the love of a caring housewife and career woman. Since Betty was always working outside of the home there wasn’t much time for complexity when it came to her recipes so they had to taste fantastic but also had to be easy to make. With the pure ingredients and careful planning for her weekly meals she was able to make extraordinary dishes. With each dish that she made in her own way, she was creating lasting family memories that are everlasting.
As the years have gone by, Betty has saved all of her special recipes in tin boxes and small cook books. Many of the recipes still have special notes that have been written on the margins of the recipe for tips and tricks to make the perfect dish. In this book the author will include these tips and tricks so that you too can hopefully have the same outcome in your own final dish.

About the Authors
Nana’s Nibbles book is an accumulation of all the recipes that Betty Neth has given me over the years of specialty meals that will make anyone’s mouth water. Betty is an avid collector of all things having to do with meal preparation since she had a house full of children to take care for. She looked and searched for recipes that were fast and easy since she worked outside of her home as well as working to make her house a home. If you have the same type of lifestyle as Betty did then you will enjoy this collection of her favorite recipes. You too can reproduce these meals in your own home for your family to enjoy. Betty Neth would love to share her recipe collection with you in this lovely book. If you are of Scandinavian heritage then these recipes you will make will remind you of wonderful childhood memories that you can pass on to your family. The recipes are simple and easy to make even in this busy lifestyle that we have of today.
Sharon Neth has been a cook most of her adult life. Professionally she has been an institutional cook for cafeterias as well as rest homes where she learned the tricks of the trade. Simple and quick is the name of the game in her life since she has a family as well. Writing is another passion in her life that she loves to share with others on the web as well as for the public sector. She has self-published four books with Amazon and is working on her fifth book currently.
