      King’s Reign: Two Princes

      Two boys stood on the battlements. The eldest, a strong muscular athlete, stood with his arms crossed watching the army train in the fields below the castle. His brother, shorter, with jet black hair and distinctly less athletic, watched too. Their father put his arms around both, standing between them.

      Jordan, the father says to the eldest, ...your training is due to start next week. And Agan... he looks to the youngest, ...and yours will start in two years. Both of you. Be prepared.

      It was only a few years earlier since the Great War in which the Royal Family of WhiteLaw had a bereavement of losing their wife and mother. However, the world moved on and the new generation had to prepare to take rule of the country.
