The Arduino Uno Series
This series is written and expanded to
show users how they can use the Arduino Uno
for prototyping.
Uno Programming digitalWrite will start with explaining and showing examples code in C++.
This book is for beginners. It is also a good reference book for the more advanced reader.
Variables, Functions, Passing Variables, Loops and a lot more is explained. More importantly, this book shows how you use these basics with the Arduino Uno and its IDE.
In the Beginners Series, readers will be able to go from the very basic S O S programming of an LED. To more advanced projects to show just what can be done with a Micro-Controller.
Shannon Davis
Shannon of Ebonygeek45. A big interest in the computer languages has led me on an exciting journey. I am self taught in thes languages. I have studied: html, php, java, a bit of perl, c and c++, The one that stuck was c++. My newest interest being explored is Arduino, prototyping and robotics. This shows just how powerful a programming language C++ is. It makes following my interest possible. Once I grew out of working with the console, I discovered a whole different world. The world of electronics and Micro processors. The Arduino Uno is what I do my experiments with. This allows the programming of electronic components with C++. A way to create robotic projects and ways of automation. These are not difficult things, you just have to have the courage and desire to want to learn. Ebonygeek45 is expanding to books. There are three books in this new beginners series available now. 1 Uno Programming digitalWrite 2 Uno Programming digitalWrite More On C++ 3 Uno Easy Starter Project : LED Cube Arduino Uno Building and Coding Project 3 A lot of care goes into the writing of these books. All the code is tested to make sure you do not run into any inaccurate information or results. The first 2 books focus on the programming of C++ in the Arduino IDE. As long as you have and Arduino(or compatible board) and an led you can learn and follow along. If you don't have a board or led the books explains the results you would get. The third book for the construction and coding of an led cube takes what is learned in the first 2 books a step further. Again the code and the results are fully tested and explained in the book. The constuction and building of the cube is also explained. This is all done because ebonygeek45 want to make sure you understand and learn from these books. If a reader should find a mistake with the coding in the book it is encouraged to email me with the problem. It will be fixed if it is a valid problem. Today is a great day to learn something. Happy Tinkering, happy coding. Shannon of Ebonygeek45. Support us by buying.

INTRODUCTIONS
The programming, electronics, prototyping, and the world in general is huge. People live, work, and play in this world. We love the new gadgets and gizmos that come out.
Life is good isn't it?
Children get these toys as a gift or just begged for it until they got it.
That is when the love for new exciting things start. They play with it, bang it around, uh oh it is broken.
That is the life of gadgets and gizmos. From childhood to retirement and beyond we love technology.
Some kids ask why?
So they find a screw driver or in my childhood a butter knife, or even pull it apart. They pull out the stuffing or break apart any casings and find electronics. Some kids toy with it and get a beep or movement.
The minds of the curious are tweaked.
They ask why?
Most of the time they get a lecture or even a spanking or time out.
How could you break that new (and most of the time expensive) toy?
But sometimes, more rarely than most an adult or even another kid can answer to them – WHY.
Those fortunate kids grow up and keep tinkering and learning.
Some adults go through the same process later in life. They are called geeks and nerds and picked on like that is a negative thing. It is not and most of them keep expanding their knowledge and grow.
They are the troubleshooters, problem solvers, and go to
people of the world.
The workforce of the world reward and acknowledge these fortunate ones. These ones are rarer then most.
For the larger part of the workforce these special ones are underpaid, overworked, demoralized, and expendable.
Maybe even further used and exploited by student lending in the business of college education for a profit.
Opportunist, exploiters, leeches, users, spongers, parasites, social engineers, etc. All come to mind in the real work world.
But they tinker on and that is the strength of these people. They are inventors, engineers, and genius of the day.
Nikola Tesla, Micheal Faraday, Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin, Marie Curie, Charles Babbage, Robert Kahn, Vint Cerf, to name a few.
Later on you have the notable of the day like: Bill Gates, Linus Torvalds, Massimo Banzi, Robert Portugal, comes to mind.
There are countless others. The nameless and faceless ones that we are not aware of. But they are just as notable.
Then you have your common everyday men and women.
They tinker on in basements, garages, at home in laboratory's, workshops, incubators, etc.
They find
