    We have territorial power over our community and nation because of what Jesus has done in His death and resurrection. He said all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. In other words, Jesus said that I had territorial power over the earth and the heaven. And this power He has given to every believer (church) to bring heaven down wherever they are.
    Jesus is no longer in the world but the church is in the world, thus He can only exercise His territorial power through every believer in the world.
