    It is the hope of the author that this book will stir the hearts of many youths to Christ and draw them to have a deeper relationship with their Creator and take their lives’ mission seriously, seek to understand their true calling, pursue and become established to fulfill destiny.

    The author, Glory Emmanuel was raised from a Christian background and has always been devoted to serving the Lord from a young age of 15. Her life has been transformed from previous hopeless experiences on the strength of a personal encounter with the Lord. The passion for youth evangelism, reorientation and development came as a result of a mandate from the Lord to train, coach and build the lives of young people globally in the ways of the Lord, to draw them closer to our Maker which led to the establishment of YouthPlusAlive Nigeria, an ongoing online outreach Ministry. Her ministry also involves counseling caring for the Orphans and needy. She partners with well meaning organizations and individuals to enrich the lives of young people in various vocations to empower them to become a force for good for themselves and in the Society. Born and bred in Akwa Ibom State, Evangelist Glory resides in Lagos from where she goes around, motivating, coaching and building up youths in Churches, organizations, streets, and everywhere by the help and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Trained as a Secretarial Administrator and Marketer, she is on the board of FarmsNetWork Cooperative, an industrial farming organization for feeds industries. She is projects coordinator and Administer for Wemton Marketing communications Services, Wemton Enterprise Development Centre, Wemton Agricultural Development and Advisory Services (WADAS), Wemton young writers blog, subsidiaries of Wemton Global Enterprise. She is a Youth life coach, founder and Executive coordinator for YouthPlusAlive Nigeria.

      PREFACE

      The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom says the age old book. Gaining the right wisdom is greatly emphasized through out this book and right wisdom is to know your Maker and have a strong relationship with Him. The aim of this book therefore is to encourage a relationship with Jesus Christ and intimate walk with the Holy Spirit.

      There are two angles to this. As an unbeliever there is no excuse for you NOT to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior which means that if you fail to accept him you do not love yourself and that negates God’s purpose in your life to make you His building and temple and for you to achieve your God ordained purpose on earth.

      As a believer, if you refuse to get serious with the Kingdom Call. You are living your life as it pleases you, not according to the directives of the Holy Spirit and because of this, you cannot show proofs as a bonafide child of God should.

      What do we stand to gain if we fail to accept a gift as great as Jesus Christ?

      If you think of your salvation in terms of eternity; that your soul will never die; that you live as God lives because you were created in His image and likeness, that knowledge should be gripping enough to make you do all it takes to save your soul from damnation.

      Do not become your own worse enemy. I encourage you to choose rather to spend that length of time in heaven by making that wise decision today.

      INTRODUCTION

      The current trend in Christendom is alarming. We have become born again check. We have a measure of faith, check. We are spirit filled, check or are we? But our Bibles are gathering dust somewhere in the corner. For many, claiming the born again status means little or nothing to them, it’s just the new fashion code, the ‘in thing’ as it were, something some people need to say to have a sense of belonging in their churches and society today, some hide behind it to continue in their sinful ways.

      It appears the lights are still on, everything may seem perfect with them but something is fundamentally dead, the spiritual connection is non functional. Little wonder then that things
