About this ebook
When I paint I'm always hungry. This does not happen to me when I practice sport, for example. When I run in the park or engaged in training aerobics or strength training, nothing could be further from me than food, of course. The same applies to conditions of studying for a test, writing or reading an article. When the body is concentrated difficulty of training, or when the mind concentrates on the study, then the abdomen forget the hunger.
I highly recommend drawing. Even if you have never drew before, even if you are five years old or ninety-five years of age, even if you have no knowledge or talent, even if you do not have the time. Draw and discover the world of experiential incomparable and perhaps discover yourself in the process. The one thing to remember is, as you prepare the brushes, paints and canvas before beginning work - prepare ahead of time also something tasty and healthy, to enrich the wonderful experience.

At first I did not pay attention to this phenomenon. I assumed it was a matter that varies, but when I started to teach painting in workshops and courses, I found that children, teenagers and adults who are engaged in the process of creating and concentrate on it, create demand for food in a matter of minutes.
