      A very enjoyable novel featuring another outing for Detective Inspector Priest from Heckley C. I. D. This is the fourth installment in this very enjoyable series and has the customary smattering of dreadful jokes and almost painful wisecracking between the various detectives. However, like its predecessors it also has a very soundly-constructed plot and all of the characters are immensely plausible. I am definitely looking forward to the next volume in the series.
