About this ebook
There is some confusion among people about what the difference is between a stripper, a dancer and an entertainer, and why some girls seem to take severe offense to the term of stripper in this industry. Everyone out there has at one time or another called those who dance strippers, and the prevailing description within the media, movies, and songs are to use the term of stripper. But just as there are those who take offense to being called cooks when they are chefs there needs to be some clarification on the terms used.
To those outside the adult club industry any girl who works in a strip club, gentleman’s club or Adult club is considered a stripper. They don’t even have to dance to be considered a stripper, just to be an employee will often get them that title. For most of those in the industry there are huge differences between the types of clubs, the girls, and the actual clarification of the term. It is these differences which can confuse newcomers, customers, and those uninformed. For some it can actually cause a huge amount of infuriation and anger, especially those who have been in the industry for a long time.
This is a collection of some of the basic things I prepared for some of the dancers in the clubs that I have managed over the years that helped dancers and managers to make the club run smoother, to help new dancers, and to make the dancers more money. Filled with essays that cover the different types of dancers, the basic things every dancer should know, as well has how to transform your dancers into true entertainers in the modern strip club.
It also includes some basic outlines for set routines the dancers may be able to perform, as well as several which only have a name and a few ideas so that the dancers may make them their own. This will help to make even seasoned dancers be able to up their game and make more customers feel the show vibe of the club, not just the same old stage performance.
James Blackwell
A writer since an early age, I was always one to keep notebooks filled with stories and poems that I dreamed would one day be published. It wasnt until I wa much older and had worked to write my own guidebooks and handbooks for the various clubs that I worked that my dream began to come true. Since those who owned the clubs had no interest in the books that I was writing and using, I choose to share them with the world to expand the business I was in.Now in my 40's, I have left the nightclub business and focused more on the written word, as well as having developed a love for photography and art. Through these three I have begun the process of sharing my works with others and to halp produce a greater understanding of the things I have loved all these years.
