About this ebook

20-Minute Vacations offers over a hundred relaxing, invigorating, and just-plain-fun getaways that you can enjoy in under twenty minutes. Stress-reduction and relaxation expert Judith Sachs shows you how to take a "getaway"--by preparing a soothing fruit facial or running your toes through a container of sand, for example--without straying far from your home or office. The best part is that these vacations are totally affordable, yet offer the respite you need to go back to your routine with renewed vigor.
