I enjoy fiction but love to read books in the order that they were released. So I decided to create this Best Reading Order book. I have done them for many authors and plan to release more as time permits.

    Introduction

I love reading and have always found it more enjoyable to read a series in order, preferably without missing any book or story on the way. Author and fan websites offer information in this regard, but the presentation is not always easy to work with and they don’t include all the information that will be part of this little E-Book.

Here you will find all of JA Jance books listed in publication date order with summaries and information on the best order in which to read the stories.

In PART ONE each book is listed in series and chronological order with publication date and includes a short summary of each one.

In PART TWO you can use in combination with your E-Reader highlighting feature to keep track of the books you’ve read.

    J.A. Jance

Judith Ann Jance was born in 1944 in Watertown, South Dakota. She was raised in Bisbee, Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona. Bisbee is the setting for her Joanna Brady series. Before becoming an author, Judith worked as a school librarian on a Native American reservation, as a teacher and as an insurance agent. She lives part of the year in Seattle and part in Arizona. J.A. Jance has written dozens of novels featuring her main characters; J.P. Beaumont, Joanna Brady, Ali Reynolds, and the Walker family. Sometimes these characters and their stories interconnect. Jance has also contributed short stories to many magazines and produced a book of moving poetry chronicling the collapse of her first marriage under the weight of her husband’s addiction.

    PART 1

Books listed by series in order of first publication; including one book of poetry and a section for J.A. Jance’s short stories.

    J. P. Beaumont Series

    1.  Until Proven Guilty (1985)

A young girl of only five has been murdered and J.P. Beaumont, the determined Seattle homicide detective, won't rest until her killer is discovered and pays dearly for this terrible crime. The hunt leads Beaumont into a murky world of religious fanaticism. To make matters even worse, Beau himself becomes a target.
