    The only thing stranger than the events of Burlington Fischer's journey, is the way it's presented. Written at some unknwn point in the furture, his first person account of the strange world he's forced to live in, seems to be appearing in or own a few pages at a time. 
    Though one of the people collecting these pages, a man by the name of Arthur Fila, reveals himself through his own personal notes, the other two parties (marked at the top of each chapter), remain a mystery. 
    An even bigger mystery is just who bundled these pages together in the first place.
