About this ebook

The CEO thinks for a few moments more and replies, “Okay, nobody, Mr. James Till, is really somebody.”
The District Attorney sighs again and lectures, “Nobody Mr. James Till, is somebody, because he has several million dollars. Nobody Mr. James Till, is also nobody, because he’s a computer programmer and he deals with machines and logic, not people. You are a politician. You deal with people. Nobody Mr. James Till is nobody, because he doesn’t give a damn about people. Nobody Mr. James Till, is a computer programmer and he has had to become a hermit, to survive. Nobody, programmer, hermit Mr. James Till will leave your dead flat broke self and family in the middle of a dirty bum town street, without a backward glance.”
The CEO thinks for a few moments more and replies, “Messing with Mr. James Till was a really bad mistake.”
The District Attorney sighs again and lectures, “Let me try to prevent you from making an even worse mistake. In order to civilize nobody Mr. James Till, his real lawyer has gotten him dating a lady. The lady that nobody Mr. James Till is dating is the daughter of the man that they call Baron. The punk who hassles Baron’s daughter will wind up in a ditch, at the edge of town, with a bullet in the back of his head. The punk who harms Baron’s daughter will wind up doused with gasoline and burning, after he watches the rest of his family burn.”
The CEO thinks for a few moments more and replies, “Messing with Mr. James Till was a really bad mistake. Messing with Baron would be a really, really bad mistake.”
The District Attorney snarls, “Messing with Baron would be a fatal mistake.”
The CEO thinks for a few moments more and asks, “Are you going to talk with Billy, my former employee?”
The District Attorney snarls, “As soon as I leave here.” The District Attorney then leaves.
The CEO thinks for a few moments more and then he picks up a phone.

I'm the co-author, with Sunset Thomas, of Anatomy of An Adult Film.I have 48 novels and over 299 short stories currently published.I spent my early years in the part of Los Angeles known as the South Central. I was known as Whi' Boy, which was sufficient to identify me in that place. I'm a skilled Kung Fu player, using a system that I learned from a Korean I knew only as 'Pak.' It would be easier to tell you the places that Pak wasn't wanted by the police, rather than the places where he was wanted by the police. Pak's Kung Fu system, augmented by some bits and pieces from some Chinese practitioners is quick and effective, or I wouldn't be alive today. My early education was mostly obtained by stealing books from the public library (I always returned them and the Librarian even began to provide me with reading lists.) I did go to high schools, but I never really learned anything there. I eventually graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, UCLA, with a degree in mathematics.I work as a Systems Analyst and also make a part of my living as a professional gambler (legal in Nevada.) I write science fiction and erotica. My published novels are:Anatomy of An Adult Film (With Sunset Thomas)1. Second Chance: God Killer2. Second Chance: Sky Pirate3. Second Chance: Scroll Seeker4. I graduate from college and then I go to work for the Lozenge Corporation. I have been doing some computer programming work, while I was in college. As a result of my college programming work, I have a company, Aardvark Programming. When I sign in to the Lozenge Corporation, I point out that I have some existing computer programs, that I lease to my college. In a usual burst of inefficiency, typical of the Lozenge Corporation, I wind up not signing the usual prohibition that bars me from working for another company, while I work at the Lozenge Corporation. My not signing the prohibition later proves to be of great importance to me.

After I sign in to work for the Lozenge Corporation, Jim Till (me) is assigned to work on a computer program for a government customer. I’m supposed to be a part of a four programmer Lozenge Corporation team, but the other three guys don’t ever work on the project. I do finish the program and get it past the customer acceptance test. I’m feeling pretty good and I expect a nice raise in pay.

I get called in, by Billy, the Department Manager. Billy stares at me and tells what he thinks is his slave, Jim Till, I’m assigning you to a new project, at White Sands Missile Range. Your work will be on site.

I tell the Department Manager, I own a house, here in town. I will not relocate to some place else and I most definitely won’t relocate to White Sands Missile Range. I have talked to people who have worked there and the air pollution is very bad.

Billy sneers at me, I’m assigning you to a new project, at White Sands Missile Range. Your work will be on site. If you don’t take the assignment, you won’t get any job in this town and very probably not in any other town.

I again tell the Department Manager, "I own a
