      I can’t imagine

      I can’t imagine

      Life without you

      My eyes close tight and still

      Dreaming of all the time we shared

      Loosing you would be so surreal

      To feel your heart beat against my breast

      Our breathing becomes one

      The excitement of knowing you’re always there

      The search is finally done

      Your scent is on my pillows

      My sheets

      Even in my hair

      Without you, who would fill that void

      Or try to if they dared

      I daydream of you leaning over me

      To share that warming kiss

      That’s sweet enough to crave

      And short enough to miss

      Your hug consumes my body

      I feel safe within your arms

      Loving you is so amazing

      I can’t even dream if you were gone

      Those Words

      I thought I had lost those words

      The ones that dance in my head all night

      They’re back

      I was lost in finding myself

      Lost in being who I thought I really was

      But those words

      Pulled me back in to help me understand

      I am everything I try so hard not to be

      A mother, a best friend, a failure, a winner, me
