    This vegan style keto is still lacking so many nutrients and the absorption of plant proteins are very poor. So this version of keto could help in the short run, but as every vegan diet will destroy your health in the long run.

    I can't understand how this is vegan with the inclusion of so much cheese, ect.

    I'm not sure if the author understands that vegan means no animal products (recipes call for eggs and cheese)... and that keto needs to be higher fat... and that white flour is a definite keto "no." While some of the recipes fit a keto profile, the lack of macros and seeming lack of basic alignment with the title make this a hard one to recommend.
