    The Importance of Stress Relief

    Stress management, also known as stress relief, is extremely important to your health. You need to reduce the stress in your everyday life to live a healthier life as a happier you. If you’re too stressed, you’re going to lower your immune system and open yourself up to a large range of illnesses and ailments, and that is anything from a common cold to heart disease. You can’t be a healthy you without your stress being in check.

    What Stress Does:

    You put yourself at risk with stress, and most people don’t even think about the stress in their life until they’re close to a burn out, which could resort in horrible consequences to your health and mental stability. Your brain deals with a physical and chemical change that affects its functioning when you’re stressed. Chemicals in your brain will start to rise, and you’ll turn into a fight or flight situation, where adrenaline is released. It can increase your blood pressure, weaken your immune system, and even increase your heart rate. It can cause ulcers, asthma, heart disease, stroke and many other health related issues if you undergo stress or hold onto it too long.

    It increases your chances of heart attack, and you may attempt to adapt to the stress that is ongoing in your life, but without the proper coping methods and stress reduction methods, then you’ll find it doesn’t
