This book is for all those people, who are interested in the phenomena called depression. This is the scientific explanation of a state of emotional exhaustion, similar to physical exhaustion. You are not happy. On the other hand, you are not unhappy either! In fact, you are in some sort of emotional limbo, not wanting to do anything mentally, or physically.
