Introduction

Dice are some of the oldest known forms of entertainment. Yet, they also tended to serve another purpose. Like casting knuckle bones or animal bones, they were often used for divination purposes. Dice were likely popular for many of the same reasons they are today. They are compact, easy to acquire, and for the purpose of divination relatively easy to use.

In this guide I will show you how to use dice to divine your own future and those of your friends and family. For this all you will need is several six-sided die. Something that can be picked up at your local supermarket. That and will to learn.

Included in with this I've thrown in a very brief history of dice a game which like most things was spread by Roman conquest. Then there is the How-to chapter which will cover how to actually play the dice. Next, is a detailed description of the different kinds of rolls and their meanings. Which is all you will need to master the art of fortunetelling by dice.

A Very Brief History of Dice

The oldest known dice date from 5000 years ago in the area of modern-day
