    When I studied poetry at school, it was formal, hard to understand and iambic pentameter was the Holy Grail. My poetry is not like that - it's my thoughts and feelings in black and white, captured at those moments when I felt so strongly, I just had to write it down. You won't necessarily know what each poem means to me, but it's more about how the words make you feel.

    Hello.I'm Tasha Taylor, a UK based author, writing contemporary romance.It is not unusual to find a book open in my house – next to the bath, next to the bed, in the office, on the stairs and then there’s the e-reader, tablet, smart phone and laptop.I'm mother to my ever-growing son (now over 6 feet) and future ex-wife to my partner (actually now hitched). Other duties include dog herder and dishwasher fairy.I started writing at 15, creating my own little world where everybody went to boarding school and found true love in their teens. I have nearly moved on grown-up romance since then.No love is ever without its difficulties, but it’s the strength of that love that sees us through the good, the bad and the mornings when mascara alone just won’t cut it.P.S.
