    Why I felt the need to write this book

    I want to start off with an Example, Assume the following scenario: Eric is a farmer who farms rice in his fields. Other farmers in his village cultivate different crops, but none of them grows rice. So after a while, he has been cultivating an excellent quality of rice, his hard work has paid off, and his rice sells like 'hot cakes.' Now, other farmers have noticed Eric's rise, and they want to join in on the rice cultivation route.

    Eric has competition now, and it is great because it brings out the best in everyone involved but with competition comes the urge to outmaneuver the rest of the field. This is where you need to preserve integrity. Unfortunately, most of the other farmers did the exact opposite, to outplay Eric, they harvested the rice earlier than required and they used fertilizers that gave it a polished look on the outside. This excessive use of fertilizers exhibited side-effects on the crop. Inevitably, the quality of the rice produced by the other farmers had gone down considerably, which resulted in a massive loss for the farmers.

    So did this affect Eric in any way? Well, it did, you see, people start noticing the lower quality of Rice produced in Eric's village and associate that quality with every pile of Rice that comes from his village. Eric is the exception and not the Norm. However, his Rice will go under scrutiny because of the Unethical practices of his Farming peers.

    So what is the Moral of this elaborate Story? A Village once pure is now known for its Immorality because of a Wave of Sinful practices that originated from Competition.

    So why did I give you Eric 'the farmer' example? Well, it is reminiscent of the current state of YouTube creators or what many people call 'YouTubers.' The extent to which these individuals will go is plainly absurd. From creators capitalizing the whole title to them objectifying their Girlfriends just for the sake of views. It is a sad state of affairs. YouTube needs ethics, and it needs them now more than ever.

    I am not here to 'Moral Police' YouTube and its creators or become a savior of Unethical practices. I am here to give you a Simple to implement Blueprint for YouTube Success which doesn't sell your Soul. I believe people who are new to this amazing world of YouTube are deceived to follow shallow practices that may provide results but lack value in the Long run. And that is why I wrote this Book. It contains everything you need to know on YouTube and its idiosyncrasies, if you follow the techniques described in this Book, you can definitely reach an Authoritative Status on YouTube. You need not have a technical Background to understand the contents of this Book; I have
