She and the Shade soon learn they have a common goal and decide to team up. Soon, Della's torn between the irresistible outlaw and her quest for vengeance while the Shade is determined to make Della his, no matter what it takes.

    L. D. Nash was born one stormy November morning. She lives in the piney woods of North Louisiana with her husband, two rowdy grandsons, and entirely too many dogs. Once a month she turns furry and chased her tail, but most of the time she can be found firmly rooted on her sofa, watching movies, and living vicariously through her many female characters.
